Google API User Data (Display & Video 360)

Mofiler’s Vibe Planner integrates with Google Display & Video 360 (DV360) only after a user explicitly authorizes access via Google OAuth. This integration is used solely to enable the user to activate and manage first-party audiences within the user’s own DV360 advertiser/seat.

Data Accessed

When a user connects Google, the application may access the following Google user data via the DV360 API:

  • OAuth 2.0 access token issued by Google after the user grants permission
  • DV360 entities within the user’s own account required to perform audience activation workflows (e.g., advertiser/seat context and audience resources)
  • Requested OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video (Create, see, edit, and permanently delete your Display & Video 360 entities and reports)

The application does not access the user’s Google profile information, email address, contacts, Google Drive files, or any other personal content from Google services.

Data Usage

The Google data described above is used only to provide the following functionality:

  • Authenticate the user to Google/DV360 using OAuth
  • Create and manage DV360 audience resources as requested by the user
  • Push/activate the user’s first-party audience data into the user’s own DV360 advertiser/seat
  • Validate the user’s authorization to access the selected DV360 advertiser/seat

The application does not use Google user data for:

  • Targeted advertising outside the user’s DV360 account
  • Profiling unrelated to the DV360 activation workflow
  • Selling, renting, or sharing Google user data with third parties
  • Accessing Google services not required for DV360 audience activation

Data Storage & Retention

  • OAuth access tokens are stored securely using encrypted storage and restricted access controls.
  • Tokens are retained only as long as needed to perform DV360 operations authorized by the user, or until the token expires according to Google’s OAuth policies.
  • If the user revokes Google access, the stored token becomes unusable and the application stops making Google API calls.

Mofiler does not permanently store DV360 data retrieved through Google APIs beyond what is necessary to execute the user-requested DV360 activation workflow.

Data Sharing

Google user data accessed via the DV360 API (including OAuth tokens) is not sold or shared with third parties. It is used only within Mofiler systems to perform DV360 actions explicitly requested by the user.

User Controls & Revocation

Users can revoke the application’s access at any time via their Google Account permissions page. After revocation, the application will no longer be able to access DV360 on the user’s behalf.
